The A Frame and the upper portion of the boat dock were constructed onsite out of 1530.

The 80/20 portion of the dock (including the extrusions, joining plates and stainless steel hardware) cost approximately $4300. Forty feet long and five feet wide, the dock is on its second winter of use on a freshwater lake in Massachusetts.
